ABOUT PROJECT
2019 年4 月 2 日开始，一场聚集一千位艺术人才共同演出的 《AGLOW Arts Festival 绽放马来西亚艺术节 2019 》正式启动了。
创办人蓝念佳曾是一位单亲妈妈，也是一位在舞台上以艺术工作了近 20 年的舞台艺术工作者。在十年前她曾以街舞在国内外获奖无数，在六年前她转为全职企业活动主持人，亦在国内外建立了辉煌的事业成绩。如此也活出了生命的精彩，如同艺术节主题，绽放了生命的独有光辉。
然而，曾是单亲妈妈的她，曾经度过艰辛贫困的几年日子。艺术让她得到了人生的存在价值，也为孩子们找到了填补内心缺乏的方式。
她十分了解单亲或贫困家庭的不容易，一般弱势的家庭只能维持生存的基本需求，额外的才艺及人文教育学习是种奢想。但作为一个人类健全的心智成长，有一半是需要靠艺术的熏陶才能得到良好的品格发展，情绪才有输出的管道。
我们不能忽略了社会的弱势孩童，我们必须让他们也有接受艺术及人文教育的学习机会。如此，才能让孩童们有美好的未来，让马来西亚及社会里充满真，善与美。
因此透过这场艺术节，我们除了为马来西亚的艺术工作者在 9 月 14 日 - 16日于 Sunway Velocity Mall 提供演出的舞台之外，我们也要为 2000 个弱势家庭的孩童们筹募儿童艺术教育基金，协助他们免费参与各类的艺术课程。此基金将在 2019年 9 月 16日启动至 2020 年 9 月 16日，艺术课程包含各类舞蹈/ 音乐/ 魔术/ 舞台剧/ 演说/ 画画等等。
为期六个月筹办的艺术节及儿童教育基金，需要马币 两百千来运作。所以为了筹募这笔费用，我们透过 MyStartr 的众筹平台，发起了一场前所未有的众筹活动，名为 ： “绽放 - 百大明星企业家 . 艺企表演”众筹活动！
愿企业家们透过这场众筹活动，也一同来挑战少年时未曾完成的才艺梦想，在协助筹募基金的同时，也一同来感受艺术的愉快氛围。为自己，为艺术工作者，为孩童们尽多一份力量，绽放最独特精彩的生命。
100位明星企业家将透过MyStartr众筹平台来众筹RM2,000，方能晋级才艺挑战。切记：企业家们不能自费报名。

为什么众筹报名费？
众筹是集合话题性、创意性、广告性、市场性、群众参与感和成功后满足感于一身的挑战。这次，除了让企业家们体验众筹的力量，我们也希望透过这个方式让大众更关注人文艺术的发展，为孩子拓展一个被文化艺术熏陶的未来。
谁可以参与挑战？
你不一定要是身价千万的大企业家，或者上市集团的大老板。只要你有想要挑战的胆量，同时也想为弱势孩童出一份绵力，我们无任欢迎你的参与哦！

为马来西亚表演艺术文化而努力
马来西亚已经迈入电子科技时代，但是表演艺术文化却很容易被忽视。这次，我们希望透过这个活动来宣扬表演艺术文化的真善美，让孩子从小不只是追逐分数跟上科技，相反地能得到人文艺术的熏陶。
为期六个月，聚集马来西亚最多代表性团体一同参与筹备的《绽放马来西亚艺术节》将在四月份正式启动。
“绽放“ 寓意每一个人都能透过艺术文化来绽放生命的光彩，马来西亚的文化艺术也能在国内外绽放光芒。此艺术节除了为马来西亚文化艺术家提供展示作品的平台外，也希望学习艺术的青少年能够透过表演来累积舞台经验，更重要的是协助马来西亚文化艺术提升至国际水平。
《绽放马来西亚艺术节》的大会荣誉呈现单位为NOWME Live Commerce，携手与主办单位AGLOW Edutainment Sdn Bhd，协办单位Aliform Marketing & Event Sdn Bhd & Amplify Event Sdn Bhd，场地赞助Sunway Velocity Mall， 电台媒体伙伴 CITYPlus FM及各艺术策略伙伴和赞助商们共同为马来西亚为表演艺术文化而努力。

此次众筹的总金额将会拨出50%交由SGCK托管，参与活动的表演艺术团体可以自愿性或是向SGCK申请拨款来进行授课。其中，以上两个受益单位的弱势孩童将被列为主要被授课的名单。换言之，受益单位不可直接向SGCK直接申请拨款，相反他们能免费到指定的表演艺术团体授课，学习想要学习的才艺，而该团体的老师/教练可以申请拨款以当作车马费。
所有众筹到的金额会怎么分配？
整个众筹活动筹到的金额将会预留15%行政和众筹平台费用，35%艺术节活动经费，剩下的50%将会交由SGCK托管，并让弱势孩童有机会学习人文艺术。
万一我筹不到RM2,000呢？
若你真的没办法成功筹到报名费，你就没能晋级才艺挑战赛。若你已经筹得超过RM500，我们将会把筹得的金额全数交给SGCK托管并让弱势孩童有机会学习人文艺术；若你的筹款不超过RM500，我们会将你筹到的款项全数退还给你的支持者。
如果有支持者想要直接给我现金，我该怎么办？
你可以以你的支持者的名义反映上去你的众筹页面。若过程中有遇到什么问题，可以接洽我们，我们可以协助处理。
我能不能筹超过RM2,000？
没问题，若你能成功筹到超过RM2,000，多余的款项将可以让更多弱势孩童受益，让他们有更多机会接触人文艺术。
才艺成果展示的日期、地点和时间呢？
我们暂定在8月23日为我们的才艺成果展示的日期，至于地点和时间将会在稍后给你公布。
才艺成果的展示时间有多长呢？以什么形式进行？
才艺成果展示为一分钟的时间。你可以以个人或组团的形式来进行表演，同时也可以发挥无限创意来编排你一分钟的演出。
万一那天我不能出席才艺成果展示呢？
我们非常鼓励各位务必抽空出席，但是如果时间上的不允许，我们将个别安排你的才艺成果展现方式。
“AGLOW – Malaysia Performing Arts Festival 2019” is a program by AGLOW Edutainment; an entertainment education company that focus on creating superior art platform for both youngster and artists, which founded by Noelle Nah. This program will be happening on 14 – 16 September 2019 at Sunway Velocity Mall. We gather 1000 art performers to showcase their talents
Noelle was a single mother, a professional dancer and now an Emcee who works on the stage for more than 20 years, she sees there are huge potentials to be explore in both arts and performing art that could inspire and providing a positive influence to our next generations.
She understands the difficulties of single parent family or impoverished family. Opportunities to explore the performing arts are hardly given to them. However, as a human, we always need to be nurture by arts in order to express our emotion in a right way. With this, we can be someone who is mentally and physically healthy. To make sure our next generation has a better and brighter future, we have to give them a chance to explore the performing arts and learn the beauty of arts.
Therefore, through this art festival which will be held on 14th September to 16th September at Sunway Velocity Mall, we hope to raise fund for 2000 children from disadvantaged families as their arts education fund by providing them various charge-free performing arts courses. This arts education fund will be kickstarted from 16th September 2019 until 16th September 2019. The types of performing arts including dance, music, magic show, theatre, choral speaking, drawing etc.
Organizing this arts festival, we will need RM200,000.00 as our operation fees. Hence, we have organized this AGLOW Celebrity Entrepreneur Talent Show and raise fund through MyStartr crowdfunding platform in order to raise fund for the arts festival.
We hope the entrepreneurs are able to challenge themselves by participating in this campaign. Besides, we hope everyone is able to enjoy the fun moment of being a part of the performing arts while raising fund for the disadvantaged children. For own self; For the performers; For the disadvantaged children, we gotta make this happen.
100 entrepreneurs need to raise RM2,000 through MyStartr crowdfunding platform in order to participate in this campaign. REMINDER: Entrepreneurs are not allowed to self-fund.

Why crowdfunding registration fees?
Crowdfunding is a challenge with combining topicality, creativity, advertising, participation of public and satisfaction. Other than giving opportunity to entrepreneurs to experience the momentum of crowdfunding, we hope that the public is able to aware of the development of performing arts in Malaysia through this campaign.

Malaysia is gradually transforming into digital era, but performing arts is easily got neglected by us. Hence, we hope we can promote and raise awareness the beauty of performing arts through this campaign. We need to let the children explore more on performing arts instead of just chasing the scoring of examination and technology
The festival is name as “AGLOW”, we wish that Malaysia Performing Art could glow and shine within Malaysia and international. Apart of creating a platform for performing artists, we want the younger talents to use this platform to gain more experience and bring our performing art towards international standards.
Lead by our Entrepreneur Spokesperson, Dato Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, we will conduct a charity crowd funding, AGLOW Celebrity Entrepreneur Talent Show, by using Malaysia Crowd Funding Platform, MyStartr.com starting from 15th May to 30th June 2019. We will crowd fund through 100 passionate entrepreneurs to support 2000 less fortunate children on their arts educational fee, allow them to entitle full sponsorship on any arts education.

How it works
The funding the successfully raised, 50% will be transferred to trustee (SGCK) in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts. Members of “Cross Neighbourhood Community Service” & “Faith Hope Love Angel Resources” will be the main beneficiaries who entitle to apply for the usage of education fund.
How is this crowdfunded amount will be distributing?
The fund that crowdfunding for this campaign will be distributing 15% for management and crowdfunding platform fees, 35% for arts festival management fees, and the remaining 50% will be transferred to trustee (SGCK) in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts.
What if I can’t crowdfund RM2,000?
If you are not able crowdfund RM2,000, you are not entitled to participate in this campaign. If your crowdfunded amount exceed RM500, we will transferred your funded amount to SGCK in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts; If your crowdfunded amount does not exceed RM500, we will refund it back to your supporters.
What if there is someone give me cash, what should I do?
You can reflect this on your crowdfunding campaign page with the name of your supporters. If there is any problem, kindly contact us and we will provide assistance accordingly.
Can I crowdfund more than RM2,000?
Yes, no problem. If you are able to crowdfund more than RM2,000, the remaining fund can be distributed to more less-privilege children so they have more chances to learn performing arts.
The showcasing date, venue and time?
The showcasing date has tentatively set on 23rd August. Venue and time of the showcasing day will be announcing afterwards.
How long is my duration of showcasing on stage? How should I perform?
The duration for each performer on stage is 1 minute. You may perform individually or forming a group to perform. You are encouraged to develop your creativity to showcase yourself in 1 minute.
What if I can’t make it on the showcasing day?
We are highly encouraged everyone to attend the showcasing day. However, if you really cannot make it, we will arrange another way of presenting for you to showcase your selected performing art.

How it works
The funding the successfully raised, 50% will be transferred to trustee (SGCK) in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts. Members of “Cross Neighbourhood Community Service” & “Faith Hope Love Angel Resources” will be the main beneficiaries who entitle to apply for the usage of education fund.
How is this crowdfunded amount will be distributing?
The fund that crowdfunding for this campaign will be distributing 15% for management and crowdfunding platform fees, 35% for arts festival management fees, and the remaining 50% will be transferred to trustee (SGCK) in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts.
What if I can’t crowdfund RM2,000?
If you are not able crowdfund RM2,000, you are not entitled to participate in this campaign. If your crowdfunded amount exceed RM500, we will transferred your funded amount to SGCK in order to provide opportunities for the less-privilege children to learn performing arts; If your crowdfunded amount does not exceed RM500, we will refund it back to your supporters.
What if there is someone give me cash, what should I do?
You can reflect this on your crowdfunding campaign page with the name of your supporters. If there is any problem, kindly contact us and we will provide assistance accordingly.
Can I crowdfund more than RM2,000?
Yes, no problem. If you are able to crowdfund more than RM2,000, the remaining fund can be distributed to more less-privilege children so they have more chances to learn performing arts.
The showcasing date, venue and time?
The showcasing date has tentatively set on 23rd August. Venue and time of the showcasing day will be announcing afterwards.
How long is my duration of showcasing on stage? How should I perform?
The duration for each performer on stage is 1 minute. You may perform individually or forming a group to perform. You are encouraged to develop your creativity to showcase yourself in 1 minute.
What if I can’t make it on the showcasing day?
We are highly encouraged everyone to attend the showcasing day. However, if you really cannot make it, we will arrange another way of presenting for you to showcase your selected performing art.
